Welding

Students who participate in the Welding program will attend Washtenaw Community College (WCC), where they will graduate with the potential of up to 60 college credits, industry credentials and certificates, and a paid internship.

Enrollment in the Welding track begins in year 11 by taking the Manufacturing course at Howell High School through Livingston County’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) consortium agreements. The rest of your day will be spent at your home high school.

During years 12 and 13, you will be a full-time college student who will spend your day at WCC’s main campus in Ann Arbor.
