Spoiler alert: It’s a lot of learning, collaborating, and preparing for the future! Last Friday, the PREP, STEP, and Project SEARCH teams gathered at PREP for a day dedicated to growth.
We kicked things off with a warm welcome from our amazing admin assistant, Kelly (and some much-needed nourishment!). The day was filled with high-impact sessions:
Communication Ambassadors: Dennette and Pleasanna led an insightful session on communication ambassadors.
Teamwork: We dug deep into social contracts to strengthen our professional culture.
SEL: Hayley guided us through essential work around Social Emotional Learning.
Future Planning: We wrapped up with some collaborative problem-solving and a first look at the incredible applicants for the 2026-2027 Project SEARCH cohort.
It was a valuable day spent ensuring we are ready to provide the best support possible for our students!
