Earlier this month, LESA was honored to be part of the Community Connect 2026 Resource Fair at 2/42 Church, helping families navigate early childhood support through Help Me Grow—specifically Early On and our Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs. We all know Alana as our dedicated Director of Transition Services and Job Attainment, but did you know she also serves as the President of the Michigan Transition Services Association (MTSA)? 🏛️👏

After three long, high-energy days of hosting the MTSA Conference in Lansing, we have a feeling that Alana might be catching up on some much-needed sleep tonight! If you do happen to cross paths with her, please join us in wishing her a very Happy Birthday!
