Our Project SEARCH interns are hard at work mastering one of the most critical steps in the employment journey: the job interview. They aren't just practicing with staff; they are conducting mock interviews with one another.

Watching them provide constructive peer-to-peer feedback has been incredible. It’s not just about getting the "right" answers; it’s about building a supportive community and boosting self-esteem. They are proving that the best way to learn is often by teaching and supporting each other.

The future workforce is looking bright (and very well-prepared)!

Shine on, Justin!

Justin is absolutely smashing it at his Work-Based Learning placement! We caught him in action making this shower stall look brand new—seriously, we’ve never seen it sparkle like this before!

We are so proud of the dedication and attention to detail our PREP learners bring to their jobs every single day. Keep up the amazing work, Justin!

Happy 2026! There is such a unique energy that comes with the start of a new year, especially for Project SEARCH.

This transition often marks a "turning point" in the program. By now, the interns have likely moved past the initial nerves of being in a professional environment and are beginning to see themselves as true employees rather than just students.

We just have to give a huge shout-out to our amazing PREP student intern, Chloe! She is currently manning the front desk, and she is an absolute lifesaver.

Chloe answers the phones like a total pro and makes sure every message gets exactly where it needs to go. We love having her on the team—she keeps us organized and smiling! Thank you for all your hard work, Chloe!
