While many see the front-facing roles in a hospital, our Project SEARCH interns are mastering the critical "behind-the-scenes" work that keeps everything moving.

In the Environmental Services (EVS) department, students are learning the complexities of inventory management—filling specific orders for various departments and ensuring every floor is stocked with the essential supplies they need to treat patients. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires organization, physical stamina, and precision.

We are so proud of our learners for stepping up to these essential roles!

By mastering these technical skills and following strict safety protocols, our students are proving that they have what it takes to excel in the healthcare industry.

We were out in full force last week focusing on Transition Mapping alongside our partners at Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS).

A huge thank you to the dedicated teachers at Fowlerville Community Schools for hosting us! We had some incredibly productive discussions identifying students who can benefit from MRS services—helping them bridge the gap between the classroom and a successful career.

Transition planning is about more than just a map; it’s about providing students with the tools, confidence, and resources they need to thrive independently.
