We are so proud to feature Naomi, a fantastic student from our PREP program who is participating in Work-Based Learning (WBL)!

Here you see Naomi meeting with her job coach to review her WBL evaluation. This one-on-one feedback is a cornerstone of our program. It's a valuable opportunity to celebrate progress and identify areas for growth.

A photo from the end of Aiden's Work-Based Learning rotation that is extra special! This marks the completion of our first rotation with Diversified, a new WBL site.

When Mike (the owner) came on board this fall, he was upfront about his reservations. But watching Aiden shine, Mike was sold in less than a few weeks. Aiden got the privilege of polishing the showroom truck after earning Mike's trust—it’s an incredible example of how Work-Based Learning truly works: it cultivates independence and personal growth in students while strengthening our local business community.

Thank you, Mike and Diversified, for giving it a shot!
