MTSA 2026 Spotlight: What an incredible start at the MTSA Conference !
Our very own Director of Transition Services and Job Attainment, Alana Anderson, took the stage alongside Dan Durci and Christine Roberts from Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS). Together, they shared the "behind-the-scenes" journey of developing the Custodial Apprenticeship Program at LESA.
This program isn't just about job skills; it’s about creating sustainable, meaningful career paths for our students through powerful community partnerships.
Educators are at it again! This time Ed2Industry went to MacAllister/CAT to explore how Science and Math are used in the world of heavy machinery (it's used ALL THE TIME!). The results were amazing and the experience was exciting and eye-opening. Stay tuned for the Educator Showcase in May where teachers will show how they contextualized their curriculum to incorporate what they learned!
